It’s best to store your impressions separately in a box to prevent them from tangling.

You can gently clean the impression with coconut oil, ensuring gentle care for your baby’s delicate skin.

To clean the impression, you can use a soft cloth or wet wipes, being careful as the designs are delicate.

If the kajal is too oily, it may not work as expected. Additionally, the impression’s highly polished surface can be quite smooth, but with regular use and practice, it gets better.

To ensure a clear impression, make sure to dab the kajal completely onto the impression. Gently press the impression onto the skin until it is fully imprinted.

Tip: Using too much or too little kajal on the mould may not result in a perfect impression.

First, apply kumkum paste on the impression, then place it on the forehead. Next, press the same impression on the kumkum box, tap, and dust it off. Finally, apply it to the same spot on the forehead.

Any thick kajal, such as Eyetex, works best.

Yes, you can cancel your order on the same day it’s placed. However, if your order has already been processed, we won’t be able to make changes. Please note that customized pieces cannot be updated or cancelled.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Minimal repairs can be done free of charge. We will assess the damage and inform you if there will be any charges. The shipping to and fro, for any repairs, will be on a chargeable basis.

Customized orders will take approximately 15-20 business days to dispatch, as we create each piece on demand. Ready-to-ship products will be dispatched in 3-7 business days.
